1. Overview

Songgift helps you create personalized songs to share as gifts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• An anonymous device identifier used to keep your songs and credits tied to your device. You can use the app without creating an account.
• The answers you provide in the song questionnaire (occasion, relationship, mood, and the personal details you choose to share).
• The lyrics, songs, cover choices, and gift-card photos you create.
• Purchase records for in-app credits, processed securely by our payment provider.
• Your push-notification subscription, if you enable it.
• Basic usage and crash data to keep the app stable.

3. How we use it

• To generate lyrics and music, we send your questionnaire answers to our AI and music-generation providers (DeepSeek and TTAPI/Suno) solely to produce your song. We do not use your content to train their models.
• To deliver gift pages you create, we store the content you made and serve it only through the link you share.
• To process purchases and deliver credits, we work with RevenueCat.
• To send notifications you requested, we work with OneSignal.

4. Third-party services

Your content may be processed by Cloudflare (hosting), DeepSeek (lyrics), TTAPI/Suno (music), RevenueCat (payments), and OneSignal (push). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Retention

We keep your songs and gift pages until you delete them. You can delete a song from the app, which removes it from our servers.

6. Your choices

• You can delete songs and stop sharing gift pages at any time.
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
• Purchases are managed through the App Store; refunds follow App Store policy.

7. Children

Songgift is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
